What should you do when you come across a dog on your bike that gives chase and is aggressive?

  1. Try to get pictures of the dog(s) on the road (now acceptable for prosecution per the judge).
  2. Get the address.
  3. Note the description of the dog.
  4. Post this information on the Dog Reports Group. Remember to use dates, addresses and any details you can recall.
  5. Call Animal Control from 8AM-5PM at 706-883-1627. Describe in detail and state you want a follow up phone call. Call them back the next day if you have to.
  6. Email incident details and any photos taken to A.J. Nelson at aj.nelson@yahoo.com.
  7. Follow up, follow up and follow up.
